We’re pretty excited about getting your order to you. We ship to all countries except those listed in the Shipping Restrictions section below.

Shipping Options

Receive free Standard Shipping on orders over $250, excluding taxes and duties. Please note that this offer is not available in the following countries: American Samoa, Anguilla, Antigua, Bolivia, Bonaire, Canary Islands, Cook Islands, Curacao, Fiji, French Guyana, Greenland, Guam, Guernsey, Jersey, Kiribati, Kosovo, Liberia, Libya, Mayotte, Montserrat, Myanmar, Nauru, Nevis, New Caledonia, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Puerto Rico, Saipan, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, St. Kitts, Tahiti, Tonga, Turks & Caicos Islands, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, British Virgin Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Yemen.

Shipping costs are based on your location and will be provided at checkout. Standard shipping is not available in all countries.

Order Processing Times

For most countries, orders placed Monday to Friday by 2pm ET ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm ET Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day.

Orders to the following countries will ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays in the U.S. and Canada).

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

You may only ship to one address per order.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and US Territories at this time.

Isacx does not ship to Crimea, Cuba*, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or Russia.

*Shipping to Cuba may soon be available, pending U.S. policy changes.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

You may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact us service@isacx.com

Order Tracking Information

Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt Email

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.
Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

Order History

You can also track your order in your order history.

Sign into your account and click Order History. If you used Guest Checkout and do not have an ISACX account, just click Order Tracking at the bottom of the page and follow the prompts.
Click "View Order" in your order history.
Click "Track Items" to get the tracking information for your order.

It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and call ISACX so we can get you sorted.

If you refuse your order or any part of it without authorization from us, you will be responsible for all shipping, duties and taxes.

Redirecting An Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!

Return & Exchange Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Products must be returned within 90 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
Women’s swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.
Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Masks cannot be returned or refunded once packaging has been opened due to health protection reasons.
Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!
